The ServiceNow - Network & Security Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing robust ITSM solutions using ServiceNow in alignment with the organisation's technology needs. Based in Hyderabad, this permanent role will focus on delivering secure, scalable, and efficient systems for the cosmetics sector within the FMCG industry.

Job Description

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Solution Architecture and Design :

  • Architect for design of automation/monitoring/ITSM use cases
  • Analyze current business processes, IT infrastructure, and security requirements to improve security of our network solutions.
  • Develop high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and development designs.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise security architecture, regulatory requirements (GDPR, SOX, etc.), and industry best practices.

Development & Integration:

  • Oversee the development, deployment, configuration, and integration of automation/monitoring/ ServiceNow use cases.
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and zones teams to onboard all types of new need.
  • Guide and support technical teams during implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization phases.
  • Level 3 support (escalation) for India Tech Hub Run team for his perimeter.
  • Define and enforce security policies, standards and procedures.
  • Ensure solutions support audit, compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct Weekly Sprint, Monthly Steerco on automation/monitoring/ITSM use cases.
  • Develop detailed network & security architecture blueprints and integration diagrams tailored to business and technical requirements.
  • *Identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement
  • Select appropriate capabilities, scalable design and secure our solutions.
  • Establish technical standards, patterns and best practices
  • Validation of Document solutions designs , data flows and integration points.
  • Provide architectural guidance and troubleshooting support to implementation and operations teams.
  • lead technical workshops , design sessions and code reviews.
  • Participate with implementation team for Automation/monitoring/ITSM use cases.
  • Present architectural solutions, technical decisions and progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Stay updated on Automation/monitoring/ServiceNow technologies trends and incorporate enhancements or optimizations.
  • Design and supervise the integration of new use cases.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ServiceNow- Network & Security Architect should have:

Technical Competencies

  • 10+ years of experience in IT
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Strong expertise in network solution and automation development (AGILE Methodology, AWX, Ansible, Python, …)
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM/Service request development (ITIL v4)
  • Strong expertise in monitoring of network devices (SPLUNK, syslog, SNMP, Meraki, API, …)
