Job Description

  • Own and execute the SEO roadmap focused on high-intent traffic and growth
  • Lead and mentor a team of 6-10 SEO specialists and content creators
  • Build AI-powered content and automation workflows
  • Develop strategies for visibility across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
  • Oversee technical SEO, site performance, and schema implementation
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to track ROI and conversions

The Successful Applicant

A successful SEO Lead should have:

  • 7+ years of SEO experience with proven organic growth results
  • Strong understanding of AI tools, prompt engineering, and content automation
  • Analytical mindset with skills in Python, SQL, or reporting tools
  • Experience leading teams and communicating with senior stakeholders
  • EdTech experience is a plus but not mandatory
