Job Description

Responsibilities

· Work with stakeholders to assess processes, define automation scope, and estimate effort and value.

· Design, develop, and deploy UiPath automations using REFramework, queues, triggers, and robust exception handling.

· Build reusable libraries/components and enforce coding, security, and documentation standards.

· Configure Orchestrator for assets, queues, schedules, and monitoring; perform run-time support and optimization.

· Implement logging, alerts, and telemetry; analyze incidents, defects, and performance trends to prevent recurrence.

· Collaborate with QA/DevOps to integrate automations into CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps) and, where in scope, contribute to test automation suites.

· Partner with enterprise/platform teams on access, credentials, API integrations, data handling, and compliance.

· Provide knowledge transfer, peer reviews, and mentoring to promote best practices and reusability.Essential Functions of the Role

· End-to-end delivery of UiPath automations: process analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

· Production support for bots: monitoring, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and incremental enhancements.

· Governance compliance: adherence to secure coding, documentation, change management, and audit requirements.

· Maintenance of shared assets (libraries, templates, configuration) to ensure consistency and scalability across solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior RPA Developer (UiPath) should have:

· UiPath Tool Knowledge - (Hands On)

· UiPath Test Suite - (Hands On)

· UiPath Test Manager - (Hands On)

· UiPath Studio Test Automation Framework - (Hands On)

· UiPath Orchestrator - (Hands On)

· UiPath IXP (Document Understanding and Communication Mining) - (Hands On)

Preferred Skills:

· UiPath Agent BuilderEducation and Work Requirements

· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 5+ years overall automation/software experience including 4+ years hands-on UiPath RPA development using Studio and Orchestrator.

· Proficiency with REFramework, selectors, queues, triggers, exception handling, and Orchestrator administration.

· Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills with clear, inclusive communication and documentation.

· Experience integrating with enterprise apps and services via APIs, connectors, or data layers; familiarity with SQL and scripting (e.g., C# / Python / VB).

· Working knowledge of Document Understanding (e.g., classification, extraction, validation) and secure credential/secret handling.Education and Work Preferences

· UiPath certifications such as UiPath RPA Associate (UiRPA) and/or Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD).

· Experience with UiPath Test Suite (Test Manager, Studio testing) and test automation across web, desktop, and API.

· Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other major ERPs; familiarity with SAP is a plus.

· Experience with Azure DevOps (boards, repos, pipelines) and CI/CD for automation solutions.

· Knowledge of UiPath integrations (e.g., Agent Builder, Communication Mining/Document Understanding) and secure API patterns.

· Python Scripting

· Copilot Agent Builder
