Senior Release Manager

We're looking for an experienced Release Manager to coordinate enterprise software releases across multiple teams and environments. You'll work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely, and low-risk deployments.

Job Description

  • Plan and manage end-to-end release activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful deployments.
  • Own delivery enablement for Azure DevOps (ADO) in partnership with platform and tooling teams
  • Conduct release readiness reviews and Go/No-Go meetings.
  • Work with Change Management and CAB processes.
  • Own enterprise metrics for release performance, readiness, traceability coverage, and data quality
  • Ensure alignment between PMO, Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of Enterprise Release Management leadership
  • Azure DevOps (ADO) platform governance and delivery enablement
  • Requirements traceability and delivery data quality management
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and enterprise delivery models
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
