Job Description

  • Lead and execute the company's global brand strategy and positioning initiatives, with a focus on increasing visibility in international healthcare markets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, communication, and digital channels.
  • Own and manage the corporate website, including content updates, SEO, user experience, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and oversee marketing content such as case studies, whitepapers, brochures, presentations, blogs, and digital campaigns.
  • Drive integrated marketing communications across online and offline channels.
  • Plan and execute conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
  • Manage external agencies, creative partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to support lead generation, brand growth, and strategic marketing objectives.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business Administration. MBA preferred.
  • 8-12 years of proven experience in B2B healthcare marketing
  • Experience in planning and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience managing creative, digital, and MarCom agencies
  • Experience in website management and digital marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of healthcare content development and visual design principles
