  • The GCC will serve as a centralized hub supporting multiple business verticals, with a strong focus on operational excellence, scalability and shared services.

Job Description

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition function for a fast-growing GCC, driving large-scale lateral hiring across multiple business verticals.
  • Manage a team of recruiters and hiring partners to ensure timely and quality hiring delivery.
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders to align recruitment strategy with workforce plans.
  • Drive recruitment governance, reporting and SLA adherence across the hiring lifecycle.
  • Build scalable talent pipelines, optimize hiring processes and enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Play a key role in shaping and scaling the GCC's hiring engine during a phase of significant growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful TA Lead should have:

  • 10-15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a strong track record of leading high-volume, SLA-driven hiring within GCCs/shared services, large enterprises or multi-business organizations (preferably)
  • A strong people and stakeholder leader who can manage recruitment operations at scale, lead teams and vendors, and confidently partner with senior business leaders to drive hiring outcomes and process excellence.
