Job Description

  • Drive overall sales and market expansion of the aortic portfolio through distributor management and direct engagement with key hospitals.
  • Build strong relationships with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, vascular surgeons, and hospital management to support business development.
  • Lead tender participation, rate contracts, pricing discussions, and customer issue escalation and closure.
  • Manage forecasting, inventory planning, accounts receivables, and monthly/quarterly sales plans.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, and Marketing teams for CMEs, product training, new product launches, and KOL engagement

The Successful Applicant

7-10 years of experience in medical devices or medical products sales, along with experience with perfusion ideally involving cardiovascular or vascular therapies.

Strong capabilities in hospital product selling, tender management, distribution management, and handling clinical decision‑makers.

Excellent communication skills, customer focus, result orientation, and comfort with complex sales cycles.

Bachelor's degree in science/technology; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
