We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager - IT to lead enterprise-wide IT operations, ERP ecosystems, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. The role will drive alignment between business and technology across multi-location industrial operations, with a strong focus on ERP-led transformation including SAP, NetSuite, SAGE, Odoo, LN and similar platforms.

It is a global advanced materials manufacturer specializing in high-performance metals, magnetic materials, and automotive components. Known for its expertise in specialty steels and engineered materials supporting industries like automotive, electronics, and infrastructure.

Job Description

* Define and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational growth.

* Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on ERP roadmap and digital transformation.

* Drive Industry 4.0 and automation initiatives.

* Lead and mentor IT team.

* Lead implementation and support of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, SAGE, Odoo etc).

* Manage ERP vendors and system integrators

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science.

* 12-18 years of experience in IT and ERP systems.

* Strong experience in ERP implementations.

* Certifications: NetSuite, SAP, ITIL, CCNA preferred

* Successful ERP implementation.

* Manage and mentor IT team
