The Senior Manager - FP&A will lead Financial Planning & Analysis at the Pune GCC, partnering strategically with global (US and international) stakeholders while driving enterprise-wide planning, performance management, analytics, reporting excellence, and team development.
  • To lead FP&A in a fast-growing Global Capability Center (GCC).
  • To transform FP&A from a strong delivery engine into an insight-driven function.

Job Description

Senior Manager - FP&A Position, Manufacturing and Production Industry:

Strategic Planning & Decision Support

  • Lead enterprise planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned to business priorities.
  • Deliver forward-looking insights, scenarios, and risk analysis to guide decisions.



Performance Management & Reporting

  • Own monthly reporting, variance analysis, and actionable business insights.
  • Monitor KPIs and financial trends to highlight risks and growth opportunities.



Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, enabling data-driven decisions and trade-offs.
  • Drive cross-regional alignment through standardisation and knowledge sharing.



GCC Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead FP&A delivery from Pune GCC and elevate its role as a global finance partner.
  • Expand scope through transition, standardisation, and best practices.



Systems, Analytics & Process Excellence

  • Enhance financial models, analytics, automation, and FP&A tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement and strong data governance.



People & Capability Building

  • Develop high-performing teams, strengthen talent pipeline, and foster a performance culture.



Governance & Controls

  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls and ethical standards.



The Successful Applicant

Senior Manager - FP&A Position, Manufacturing and Production Industry:

Excellent communication and executive-level presentation abilities

Proven FP&A experience within an offshore GCC environment

Strong grounding in finance and accounting, coupled with solid business acumen

Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business developments into financial impact and risk

Data-driven approach, with strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity

Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Continuous learning mindset with awareness of regulatory changes and economic trends
