Job Description

    • Develop and manage advanced data models and analytical frameworks to support business decision-making.
    • Drive data-led financial forecasting, trend analysis, and performance tracking through structured data sets and automated dashboards.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to extract, clean, and analyse large data sets, generating actionable business intelligence.
    • Deliver strategic insights leveraging Power BI visualisations and SQL-based analysis to improve operational performance.
    • Ensure strong data governance, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems and BI platforms.
    • Design and lead interactive dashboards, reports, and visualisations to enable real-time decision-making.
    • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using data mining and predictive analytics techniques.
    • Mentor team members on analytics tools, data interpretation, and best practices in BI and reporting.



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

    • 10+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar or related field.
    • Strong experience in data analytics and business intelligence, with hands-on exposure to tools such as Power BI and SQL.
    • Working knowledge of FP&A, forecasting, and variance analysis to complement data-driven decision-making.
    • Proven experience operating within a manufacturing environment, leveraging data to drive operational and commercial insights.
    • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with strong analytical orientation.
    • Proficiency in data modelling, dashboards, and advanced analytics techniques.
    • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence business outcomes through data.
