Job Description

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, providing insights to support business growth and operational performance.
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and influence strategic decision-making.
  • Drive management reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support investments, cost optimization, and key business initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and finance transformation projects.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven FP&A leadership experience within a B2B Global Capability Centre (GCC) supporting global operations and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, business partnering, and driving performance insights for senior leadership teams.
  • Strong people leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams of 10-15+ direct reports within a large, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across Finance and Business functions.
  • Experience within automotive, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or similar product-based organizations will be highly preferred.
