Job Description

  • Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Analyse financial data and work on financial models to support business decisions.
  • Lead and execute ad hoc strategic initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate/Business Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
  • Provide insights to improve financial outcomes.
  • Support leadership with strategic financial advice.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • CA/MBA.
  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Preferred industry exposure: Technology & Data (including EdTech and digital platforms), FMCG, and Manufacturing.
  • Strong experience in business planning and analysis.
  • Good knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Confidence working with financial data and tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
