Job Description

  • Support accounting and operational activities for semi-liquid wealth funds across US and Luxembourg structures
  • Coordinate month-end close and review NAV packs, trial balance, and fee calculations
  • Track fund expenses, budgets, and manage invoice reviews and allocations
  • Assist in regulatory reporting including SEC filings and Luxembourg compliance requirements
  • Support annual audits by preparing schedules and resolving queries with stakeholders
  • Work with portfolio teams to ensure accurate recording of investment transactions
  • Assist treasury functions including cash monitoring, FX tracking, and payments
  • Maintain credit facility schedules and support related reporting and calculations

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-6 years of experience in fund accounting with exposure to wealth or similar fund structures
  • Mandatory CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP with basic familiarity in SEC reporting requirements
  • Exposure to Luxembourg GAAP or UCITS structures is an added advantage
  • Experience in NAV reporting, expense management, and audit support
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
