Job Description

  • Designs, codes, verifies, tests, documents, amends and refactors complex programs/scripts and integration software services.
  • Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for small-scale changes and assists with more complex change initiatives.
  • Designs and architects complex software applications, components and modules. Uses appropriate modelling techniques in line with agreed software design standards, guidelines, patterns and methodologies.
  • Designs test cases and test scripts under own direction, mapping back to pre-determined criteria, recording and reporting test outcomes.
  • Plans and schedules releases in line with business requirements and objectives. Coordinates release activities across multiple teams and stakeholders. Manages the release lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality deliverables. Ensures releases meet defined quality, security and compliance standards.
  • Provides technical expertise to enable the configuration of system components and equipment for systems testing
  • Maintains application support processes and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
  • Follows standard approaches and established design patterns to create new designs for simple systems or system components.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or Senior Engineer with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
  • Highly proficient in C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, and CRM SDK.
  • Strong testing and test automation experience
  • Experience with SSRS/SSIS and SQL Server development.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Experience with DevOps tools and pipeline setup for CRM deployments
  • Experience with D365 integrations and data migration.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
