Job Description

  • Manage and optimise Planview portfolio management tools to ensure effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project priorities with business objectives.
  • Monitor project performance and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Planview functionalities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate with the technology department to integrate Planview with existing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational standards and best practices.
  • Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Planview professional should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
  • Strong expertise in using Planview or similar portfolio management tools.
  • Experience in the energy and natural resources industry, preferably in power generation.
  • Knowledge of technology-driven project management and process optimisation.
