Job Description

  • Lead and deliver consulting engagements focused on culture transformation and OD initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end project planning, timelines, and resource allocation across engagements
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights and build client-ready narratives
  • Present findings, recommendations, and facilitate workshops for senior client stakeholders
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and analysts to ensure delivery excellence
  • Support business development through proposal development, solutioning, and account growth
  • Build long-term client relationships to drive renewals, repeat business, and referrals
  • Contribute to internal capability building, knowledge management, and process improvement



The Successful Applicant

  • 6-8 years of experience in HR consulting, advisory, or professional services
  • Strong exposure to pharma and/or manufacturing industry environments
  • Proven experience managing consulting teams and complex client engagements
  • Excellent executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High analytical capability with experience in data-driven storytelling
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred in HR, Marketing, Organisational Psychology, or related fields
  • Willingness to travel PAN India as required for client delivery
