  • Develop and implement SEM strategies to drive online traffic and customer acquisition.
  • Manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Perform keyword research and optimise ad copy to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technology teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in SEM and the FinTech industry.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SEM Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SEM platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
