Job Description

  • Develop scalable microservices and APIs
  • Design distributed, event-driven systems
  • Handle real-time data processing at scale
  • Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery
  • Collaborate with DevOps/SRE for reliability and uptime
  • Implement CI/CD, monitoring, and observability

The Successful Applicant

A successful SDE IV should have:

  • 8-10 years backend engineering experience (Node.js / Go / Python preferred; Java-only profiles not ideal)
  • Strong in distributed systems, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices architecture
  • Exposure to disaster recovery, system resilience, and high availability design
  • Experience with event-driven systems, Kafka/streaming, and real-time processing
  • Hands-on with CI/CD, observability, performance tuning, and DevOps practices
