Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end management of bancassurance partnerships across assigned regions.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets through strategic channel development.
  • Build, manage, and mentor large sales teams (50+ members) to ensure high performance.
  • Strengthen relationships with banking partners and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for banca-driven product distribution.
  • Monitor performance metrics, optimize processes, and improve productivity across teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product offerings with partner needs.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and operational efficiency within the sales ecosystem.

The Successful Applicant

15+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or distribution-led businesses.

Strong, hands-on experience in managing bancassurance channels (mandatory).

Proven leadership experience managing large teams of 50+ members.

Deep understanding of bank partnerships, distribution strategies, and revenue delivery.

Background from fintech/payment firms or DSAs with banca exposure preferred; pure insurance banca profiles not ideal.

Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.

Graduate in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

Familiarity with sales analytics tools, CRM systems, and performance tracking frameworks.
