Job Description

  • Manage SuccessFactors configuration and updates to meet business needs.
  • Work with Technology teams to keep SuccessFactors processes running smoothly.
  • Review system requirements and turn them into practical SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Test system changes and help resolve issues before release.
  • Maintain system data and configuration records for clear tracking.
  • Work with internal users to understand and resolve SuccessFactors queries.
  • Support system releases and updates with clear checks and documentation.
  • Help improve SuccessFactors processes for users across the business.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules.
  • Experience gathering system requirements and handling change requests.
  • Confidence testing system changes and resolving functional issues.
  • Ability to manage system data and maintain clear documentation.
  • Experience working with business users and Technology teams.
