Job Description

  • The role owns pan‑India sales for solar component products, driving both growth and key customer relationships.
  • The incumbent will manage large enterprise accounts, ensure complete customer lifecycle ownership, and expand market share in aluminium extrusions.
  • A strong focus on CRM (65-70%) and strategic hunting (30-35%) is essential.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12-20 years' B2B sales experience in renewables, solar components, building materials, or allied industries.
  • Deep, established relationships with Tier‑1 solar developers and manufacturers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage large-scale accounts and complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to lead negotiations, resolve customer issues, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Track record in scaling business volumes at ₹1000 Cr+ level.
