We are seeking a seasoned Sales Head to lead the growth of IT Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) and Cloud offerings across India. This role will be pivotal in shaping sales strategy, driving revenue, and building strong client relationships across key industry verticals

Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in IMS and Cloud services
  • Lead revenue generation initiatives and ensure achievement of defined KPIs
  • Establish frameworks to improve sales effectiveness, processes, and market share
  • Drive sales for IT Infrastructure services, including Cloud, Network, Security, and End User Computing
  • Collaborate with internal COE and practice teams to develop industry-specific solutions
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs and CTOs across India
  • Identify opportunities within key verticals such as BFSI, Manufacturing, and FMCG
  • Strengthen team capability through coaching, competency development, and performance management
  • Ensure alignment with evolving market demands in Digital IMS, Cloud, and Application Support services
  • Bring a strong techno-commercial approach to solution selling and consulting

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in sales or business development within IT services
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Cloud/IT Infrastructure Services
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, datacentre, networking, and security domains
  • Demonstrated success in managing enterprise clients and large deals
  • Strong network within the India business region, especially at CIO/CTO level
  • Proven ability to drive strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and coaching capabilities
  • Strong commercial acumen with solution-selling experience
  • Target-driven, resilient, and capable of working in high-pressure environments
