Job Description

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with global hyperscaler customers such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Meta in India
  • Drive revenue growth, bookings, and long-term account expansion plans across key hyperscaler accounts
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships across customer real estate, procurement, engineering, operations, and capacity planning teams
  • Develop demand intelligence around hyperscaler expansion, AI infrastructure deployments, power requirements, and location strategies
  • Lead commercial negotiations and closure of large-scale multi-MW colocation and infrastructure transactions
  • Collaborate with engineering, projects, operations, finance, legal, and sustainability teams to deliver customer requirements seamlessl
  • Align India business execution with global account strategies through close coordination with regional and global stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of account managers while driving pipeline governance and sales excellence

The Successful Applicant

  • BE/BTech required; MBA preferred
  • 15-20 years of experience in hyperscaler, cloud, strategic account sales, or digital infrastructure sectors
  • Proven track record of managing large strategic accounts and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of hyperscaler operating models, data centre economics, and AI infrastructure
  • Experience in negotiating and closing large, complex, multi-year commercial agreements
  • Excellent executive stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Strong leadership, communication, influencing, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Existing relationships within the hyperscaler ecosystem (Microsoft, Google, AWS, Meta, etc.) would be an advantage
