Job Description

  • Ensure sales processes comply with regulatory requirements
  • Review and update compliance policies as needed
  • Work with sales teams to address compliance issues
  • Monitor and report on compliance risks
  • Provide training and guidance on compliance matters
  • Conduct regular audits of sales activities
  • Collaborate with external regulators when necessary
  • Maintain accurate compliance records

The Successful Applicant

  • We're looking for someone who has:
  • Build business excellence and sales excellence processes and framwrok
  • Should have 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Should have worked in a start-up driving theagenda
  • A background in compliance, risk, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
