Job Description

  • Develop and update loan policies for LAP (Loan Against Property).
  • Monitor compliance with risk guidelines and policies.
  • Analyse risks and suggest ways to minimise them.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth policy implementation.
  • Review and improve risk management processes.
  • Handle audits and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Prepare reports on risk and policy performance.
  • Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in risk and compliance, especially with LAP.
  • Good understanding of retail banking and loan products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with data.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines in financial services.
  • Confidence in creating and implementing policies.
