Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate agreements and contracts.
  • Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions and projects.
  • Provide legal support on lease agreements, acquisitions, and property management issues.
  • Assist in maintaining proper legal documentation and records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Counsel (Temp) should have:

  • Educational qualifications in law from a recognized institution.
  • Proven expertise in handling legal matters related to the property and real estate industry.
