Job Description

  • Partner with the Founder/CIO and senior investment team to research and develop high-conviction investment ideas across global markets.
  • Track companies, sectors, and market developments, separating signal from noise across filings, earnings calls, industry sources, and alternative data.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research, including expert calls and channel checks, to build differentiated insights.
  • Develop investment theses, build and maintain financial models, and assess business quality, key drivers, and valuation.
  • Prepare concise research notes and investment memos that clearly articulate opportunities, risks, and thesis-changing factors.
  • Monitor portfolio holdings and leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance research productivity and coverage.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Research Analyst should have:

  • Strong academic credentials from a Tier-1 institute in Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or Finance
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in buy-side investing, finance, accounting, or engineering.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with attention to detail and fluency in financial statements.
  • Commercially minded, intellectually curious, and able to think from first principles to evaluate businesses and risks.
  • High-ownership team player who is coachable, low-ego, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
