Job Description

  • Analyse and document business and technical requirements for projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Conduct gap analysis and suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.
  • Support project teams during implementation and testing phases.
  • Ensure that deliverables meet agreed quality standards and requirements.
  • Maintain clear and organised documentation for all requirements and changes.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience as an IT business analyst, technical business analyst, or product owner.
  • Strong skills in gathering and analysing requirements.
  • Knowledge of systems and processes in the technology and telecoms sector.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
