Job Description

  • Manage and oversee manufacturing operations across multiple plants in the region.
  • Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and develop plant teams to achieve organisational goals.
  • Implement and maintain safety and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
  • Drive process improvements and cost optimisation initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to meet financial objectives.
