The position forefronts the strategy, design and execution of L&D across the organisation's APAC region. It is part of the Regional HR team for APAC and closely partners with HR in APAC and on global level as well as business leaders across APAC. Key priorities will be to develop and deploy initiatives to build leadership capability, future-ready skills, strong talent pipelines, and organizational effectiveness.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and govern a regional L&D strategy aligned to business strategy and global HR frameworks
  • Act as strategic advisor to Regional HR leadership on learning, leadership development, and talent initiatives
  • Assess skill and capability gaps and develop relevant learning interventions (leadership, functional, behavioral)
  • Further develop regional talent management and succession planning processes
  • Design and oversee regional leadership and talent development programs, including coaching and mentoring
  • Lead and support organizational development and change initiatives, including global programs
  • Deliver selected trainings and workshops
  • Ensure alignment between L&D, performance management, and HR business partnering
  • Own end-to-end L&D processes, systems, analytics, effectiveness measurement, and budget efficiency
  • Curate & Deliver programs for Indian Peninsula (IP) L&D goals to address local TNI for talent development and skill development
  • Develop L&D capabilities in IP team to build design and execution capabilities for India business

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional L&D Lead - APAC should have:

  • University degree in Business, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience in international organizations
  • Strong experience in L&D, leadership development, talent management, and organizational development
  • Experience in designing and delivering workshops and trainings preferred
  • Regional HR or L&D experience within APAC preferred
