This position requires expertise in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal agreements to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and real estate laws.

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements to meet legal and business requirements.
  • Provide legal advice on property-related matters, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in the technology and food industry.
  • Support the legal team in managing disputes and resolving contractual issues.
  • Conduct research on legal matters relevant to real estate and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address legal queries and ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of legal documents and transactions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices in contract management

The Successful Applicant

  • LL.B/LL.M
  • 7-10 years of proven expertise in real estate sector
  • Strong knowledge of legal regulations in the real estate, food and restaurant industry
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, retail and hospitality industry is preferred.
