Job Description

Reporting to the MD you will be

  • Leading the research and development team to create innovative solutions in building materials.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align R&D initiatives with business goals.
  • Overseeing the design, testing, and implementation of new products and technologies.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the R&D process.
  • Managing budgets and resources to optimize R&D efficiency and output.
  • Presenting findings and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Mentoring and guiding team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful R&D Head should have:

  • A degree in engineering, material science, or a related field.
  • Experience in leading and managing R&D teams effectively.
