As a Quality Manager in the Speciality Chemicals industry, you'll ensure production meets quality standards while meeting compliance, improve processes and Customer satisfaction. This role is based in Silvassa, India.
  • Lead quality systems, audits, compliance & customer satisfaction.
  • Drive team performance, EHS, GMP and continuous improvement

Job Description

  • Reports into Sr Director Global Quality
  • Oversee and maintain quality control processes during production to uplift Customer Satisfaction
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Train team on quality standards and procedures
  • Prepare and analyse quality reports
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material quality

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A seasoned quality professional from manufacturing set up of a paper, resin liners, adhesives, paint, Chemical or Speciality Chemical industry.
  • A B. Sc Chemistry or B.E Chemical as min educational qualification, Dip in Quality management and Paint Technology is desirable.
  • Min 10-15 yrs Experience in the Quality and Safety domain in paper/Liners/Adhesives/Chemical/paint industry ( on manufacturing and quality site)
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
