As a Quality Manager based out of Manesar, you'll oversee quality processes and ensure products meet required standards. You'll work closely with teams to maintain compliance and improve quality
  • 15+ years in managing Automotive Quality within Plastic Injection Moulding
  • Experience with IATF-16949 standards, quality systems, and certifications

Job Description

  • Liaise with Third Party auditors (TUV) to ensure compliance during recertification Audits / Surveillance Audits of IATF / ISO specifications
  • Prepare & maintain Quality Plan, Inspection Standard / MISP, Control Plan, OPS of Product to ensure good quality part with Zero defect
  • Monitor and maintain COPQ & QA manpower cost as per target
  • Support in APQP process of New Project development
  • Training & education to Team members, QREs, Warehouse casual employee on quality standards, IATF, Safety, Inspection and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, reducing defects, and enhancing overall product quality

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in quality management within the automotive industry & injection moulding
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to use quality tools and methodologies effectively
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Confidence working with teams and suppliers
