Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end Quality & HSE strategy across manufacturing and project sites
  • Implement, review, and continuously improve QMS, IMS, and quality KPIs
  • Own customer and field quality issues, escalations, and root‑cause resolution
  • Drive quality and safety culture across projects, plants, and suppliers
  • Interface with project management, manufacturing, procurement, and customers
  • Oversee supplier quality, audits, inspections, and capability development
  • Ensure on‑time quality deliverables aligned with project and business goals
  • Support leadership reviews with data‑driven insights and improvement plans

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Head Role should have:

  • 15+ years of experience across manufacturing quality and project/site quality
  • Proven leadership in engineering, EPC, infrastructure, or industrial projects
  • Strong exposure to QMS/IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and quality KPIs
  • Hands‑on experience owning customer and field quality issues
  • Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive a quality & safety culture
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and multi‑site project environments
