This role is responsible for leading the Project Management Group and ensuring successful delivery of PEB and structural steel projects from planning to completion. The position acts as the central coordination hub across design, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, site execution, and leadership teams to achieve timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of projects from handover through final completion.
  • Develop project plans, milestones, delivery schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage project risks and delays.
  • Coordinate closely with design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and site execution teams.
  • Drive project governance through reviews, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage customer relationships, escalations, and overall project satisfaction.
  • Track critical project KPIs related to cost, quality, schedule adherence, and customer expectations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing project management function while driving process improvements and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • 13-20 years of experience in Project Management within PEB, structural steel, EPC, industrial construction, or related sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience managing large and complex projects from order receipt through commissioning.
  • Strong exposure to client-facing project management environments.
  • Expertise in project planning tools, monitoring systems, and MIS reporting.
  • Strong commercial understanding of project costs, margins, and resource utilisation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing and project execution environment.
