Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges.
  • Oversee procurement processes and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure quality assurance and control measures are implemented across all project phases.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A strong educational background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing construction projects in the Property or Real Estate Development industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A thorough understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
