Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously to meet company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and deliverables.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilisation.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders effectively and clearly.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all project activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and project excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing hardware programs from development till production
  • Direct experience with consumer electronics, robotics, IoT or similar physical development
  • Strong experience of Hardware development process(EVT/DVT/PVT), DFM & NPI process
  • Experience working directly with CMs, ODMs or Factory teams
