Our client is a growing connectivity solutions company focused on fiber optic connectivity products, cable assemblies and data center interconnect solutions for hyperscalers, enterprises and global markets.

The Bengaluru manufacturing facility is undergoing significant scale-up, creating an opportunity for a hands-on production leader to build capacity, improve productivity and strengthen manufacturing operations.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end production operations for fiber optic connectivity and cable assembly products.
  • Drive production planning, capacity utilization, manpower deployment and delivery adherence across a 500+ workforce.
  • Oversee fiber termination, connectorization, polishing, testing and final assembly processes.
  • Drive quality, productivity and continuous improvement through Lean, process control and root-cause initiatives.
  • Partner with Engineering, Planning, SCM and Quality teams on NPI, capacity expansion and operational readiness.
  • Ensure strong shop-floor discipline, equipment utilization, safety and compliance across manufacturing operations.



The Successful Applicant

An Engineering graduate or diploma holder with 12-20 years of manufacturing experience, including strong hands-on exposure to fiber optic connectivity and assembly operations. The candidate should have experience in fiber termination, connectorization, MPO/MTP, LC/SC/FC/ST products, polishing and IL/RL/OTDR testing, with the ability to manage 200+ operators, technicians and supervisors. Candidates from fiber optic connectivity, interconnect, data center connectivity and related specialized assembly businesses will be preferred.
