Job Description

Reporting to the plant head you will:

  • Lead and manage the production team to achieve operational goals.
  • Oversee the manufacturing processes of special machines to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production workflows.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Analyse production data and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, effectively.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Head should have:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in the industrial/manufacturing sector, particularly in special machines.
