Job Description

  • Set product priorities based on business needs and user value.
  • Define clear product goals, features and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain and prioritise the product backlog for delivery teams.
  • Work with technology teams to plan and deliver product releases.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve features. Have a strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Track product progress and resolve priority gaps during delivery.
  • Share product updates and decisions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Help ensure fintech product features meet agreed business needs.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 15+ years of experience owning product priorities and feature roadmaps especially in fintech domain.
  • Should have grown from a software developer background.
  • Ability to turn business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Confidence managing and prioritising a product backlog.
  • Experience working closely with technology delivery teams.
