The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for translating complex identity and risk solutions into clear, differentiated, and compelling market narratives.This role will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing-owning positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, product launches, and sales enablement.

Job Description

1. Product Positioning & Messaging



  • Develop and refine value propositions for identity, KYC, fraud, and risk solutions.


  • Create messaging frameworks tailored to fintechs, banks, NBFCs, marketplaces, and regulated industries.


  • Simplify technical, API-driven products into compelling narratives for business buyers.



2. Go-To-Market Strategy



  • Own GTM planning for new product launches and feature releases.


  • Collaborate with Product and Sales to ensure successful rollout across markets.


  • Develop launch assets including pitch decks, sales collateral, case studies, and web content.



3. Sales Enablement



  • Equip sales teams with competitive battle cards, objection-handling frameworks, and ROI narratives.


  • Build persona-specific messaging for Risk, Compliance, Product, and Technology stakeholders.


  • Support enterprise deal cycles with strategic positioning and differentiation.



4. Competitive & Market Intelligence



  • Track competitive landscape across identity verification, AML, fraud, and compliance platforms.


  • Identify whitespace opportunities and category positioning advantages.


  • Conduct win-loss analysis and market research to refine messaging.



5. Content & Thought Leadership



  • Work with content and growth teams to develop whitepapers, blogs, reports, and industry insights.


  • Contribute to thought leadership in digital identity, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.


  • Support executive visibility initiatives and market-facing narratives.

The Successful Applicant



  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3+ years in product marketing.


  • Experience in identity verification, fraud detection, RegTech, fintech infrastructure, or compliance SaaS preferred.


  • Strong understanding of API-led or technical SaaS products.


  • Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market customers in regulated industries.


  • Proven track record of launching products and driving GTM success.


  • Excellent storytelling, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
