Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive growth across molecular diagnostics and immunoassay portfolios
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to build strong positioning and value propositions for both portfolios
  • Collaborate with sales, application, and service teams to deliver revenue targets and enhance customer engagement across segments
  • Drive product lifecycle activities including pricing, promotion, and market development initiatives for assigned portfolios
  • Build strong relationships with clinicians, KOLs, and stakeholders while delivering impactful product training and support

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager (IA and Molecular) should have:

  • A relevant degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related healthcare field.
  • Proven experience in managing product portfolios in the life sciences or biotechnologies industries.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and product performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the healthcare sector.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
