Our client is a venture-backed, early-stage consumer startup building an omnichannel premium fashion and lifestyle destination for women. The company operates in a high-growth market segment and is focused on delivering a seamless and curated shopping experience across online and offline channels.

Job Description

  • Own and execute the product growth roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and unlock opportunities across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue.
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests to improve key performance metrics.
  • Partner with marketing teams on conversion optimization and growth campaigns.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to launch impactful product features.
  • Monitor and optimize metrics such as conversion, retention, churn, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
  • Improve onboarding experiences and customer engagement journeys.
  • Build dashboards and leverage data insights to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-6 years of product management experience, ideally with a strong growth focus.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and growth frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Exposure to SQL or data analysis tools is advantageous.
