Job Description

  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and vision for lending or credit-based products.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer studies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, risk, and operations teams to deliver product enhancements and new features.
  • Monitor product performance using data and analytics to drive continuous improvements.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance while incorporating innovative fintech solutions and industry best practices

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within fintech, lending, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in agile product development environments.
