Job Description

  • Ahitecture, and evolution of cloud-native platform engineering and DevOps capabilities for AWS-based SaaS products.
  • Drive large-scale application modernization initiatives, enabling independent deployments, improved scalability, and enhanced software delivery practices.
  • Partner with engineering, product, platform, and security teams to improve reliability, developer productivity, operational excellence, and platform standards.
  • Design, build, and optimize AWS infrastructure leveraging services such as EKS, ECS, EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, Route53, and VPC.
  • Own Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives using Terraform, establishing reusable modules, governance frameworks, and deployment best practices.
  • Lead CI/CD transformation efforts through GitHub Actions, Jenkins, automation frameworks, and developer self-service capabilities.
  • Implement and scale containerized platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps methodologies.
  • Champion observability, monitoring, incident management, and platform reliability using modern tooling and engineering practices.
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering and platform automation to improve development velocity, operational efficiency, and software quality.
  • Influence technical direction across teams, mentor engineers, lead critical modernization programs, and contribute to hiring and technical leadership initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

12+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related domains.

Strong background in software development and application architecture.

Deep expertise in AWS (EKS, ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, Route53, Lambda).

Advanced Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code experience.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, GitOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.

Strong automation skills in Python, Go, Groovy, or Shell scripting.

Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Opsgenie.

Exposure to AI-assisted engineering, AI platforms, or AI-driven automation is highly preferred.
