As an EXL_Agentic AI Architect,you will be responsible for defining and governing enterprise‑scale cloud, infrastructure, DevSecOps, security, and agentic‑AI-ready architectures. The leader shapes multi‑cloud and hybrid strategies, establishes reference architectures and guardrails, drives high levels of automation and efficiency, and ensures platforms are secure‑by‑design, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes.

Job Description

We are looking for a strong Enterprise Architecture leader with expertise in multi-cloud, hybrid, and enterprise infrastructure ecosystems, driving large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiatives. They should have:

  • Strong experience across Amazon Web Services AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud GCP, and Oracle OCI, with deep knowledge of enterprise integration, scalability, resiliency, and cloud governance.
  • Architect agentic AI-ready platforms with expertise in AI infrastructure, multi-agent systems, RAG ecosystems, secure AI adoption, and enterprise automation.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI tools and frameworks including Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, NVIDIA NeMo, CrewAI CrewAI, and LangChain LangGraph.
  • Proven expertise in DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, platform engineering, and policy-driven cloud security frameworks.
  • Strong security-first mindset with experience in SIEM, CNAPP, Zero Trust, AI identity, runtime security, and enterprise governance models.
  • Skilled in designing scalable, secure, and resilient end-to-end enterprise solutions aligned to business outcomes and operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EXL_Agentic AI Architect should have:

  • A strong background in analytics and artificial intelligence.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing AI solutions within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Experience working with large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in machine learning techniques, frameworks, and tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
