Job Description

  • Lead the Production Planning & Control function for the manufacturing facility.
  • Develop and execute production planning strategies aligned with project delivery timelines.
  • Drive master production scheduling and capacity planning across operations.
  • Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to committed schedules.
  • Collaborate with Design, Procurement, Projects, Operations, and Quality teams for seamless execution.
  • Optimise machine utilisation, manpower allocation, and production efficiency.
  • Drive KPI-based performance reviews, bottleneck reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage inventory planning, ERP/MIS accuracy, and lead a high-performing PPC team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 13-20 years of relevant experience in Production Planning & Control.
  • Industry Background: Experience in PEB, structural steel, steel fabrication, heavy engineering, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
  • Manufacturing Exposure: Experience in large-scale fabrication and project-driven manufacturing environments is desirable.
  • Systems Knowledge: Strong expertise in ERP systems, production scheduling, and MIS reporting.
  • Core Skills: Production planning, capacity planning, inventory control, and manufacturing operations management.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Analytical Capability: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
