Employed by Michael Page on an permanent contract and deployed to a client assignment.Project/Program Manager/PMO

Contract & Financial Governance

  • Manage and govern Managed Capacity (MC) and Infrastructure Support contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs, and service deliverables.
  • Own end-to-end financial management including billing governance, invoice reconciliation, cost tracking, forecasting, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Vendor teams to drive contract lifecycle management and resolve operational or financial discrepancies.
  • Monitor contract performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and service improvements.

GCC Operations & Service Governance

  • Drive operational maturity, scalability, and standardization across GCC functions.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks including SOPs, SLAs, SLOs, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Lead resource planning, capacity management, workforce tracking, and demand forecasting activities.
  • Deliver infrastructure support operational reports and governance dashboards.
  • Partner with infrastructure and domain leaders to prepare executive presentations, performance reviews, and business updates.

Project & Program Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic infrastructure and operational initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans across cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct governance forums, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards using Power BI to provide visibility into financial performance, resource utilization, contract health, and project delivery metrics.
  • Utilize advanced Excel capabilities for financial modelling, forecasting, automation, and analytical reporting.
  • Generate actionable insights through data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Establish KPI-driven performance reporting frameworks for senior leadership.



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Min 10 Years Experience in project and programme management.
  • Strong knowledge of PMO tools and practices.
  • Skills in data analytics and reporting.
  • Understanding of GCC operations and financial governance.
  • Confidence with technology and related processes.
