This is a delivery-focused Project Manager role within IT Operations, responsible for driving end-to-end execution of enterprise technology initiatives while coordinating across global teams and managing project-level risks, budgets, and dependencies. The role combines strong delivery ownership (75%) with PMO governance (25%) to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes across transformation programs such as platform modernization and data initiatives.

Job Description

  • Strong expertise in enterprise project management and PMO delivery practices
  • Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and RAID reporting effectively
  • Experience in project-level financial management, including budgeting and cost tracking
  • Familiarity with PMO and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow PPM, Jira, or Azure DevOps
  • Experience working with vendors and distributed or GDC-based delivery teams
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including executive-level reporting

  • High-quality, standardized PMO reporting
  • Strong coordination across cross-functional teams, including GDCs and vendors
